Angels on the Moon
Från första gången jag hörde Angels On The Moon med Thriving Ivory har jag kopplat den till The Mortal Instruments (Mycket pågrund av att jag hittade låten genom en TMI fanvideo på youtube). Iallafall har jag alltid tyckt den varit alldeles perfect för böckerna (Lyssnade på den non-stop medan jag läste dom).
Nu har Cassandra Clare kommit ut med kapitel-titlarna till den boken City of Fallen Angels, den fjärde boken i serien som kommer nästa år (Tror jag). Där får man lästa titeln och en slags teaser eller ledtråd vad handligen i just det kapitlet kommer att vara (Gissar jag på). Jag vart superglad när jag läste detta:
Chapter Fifteen: Beati Bellicosi
The actual phrase in Latin is Beati Pacifici — blessed are the peacemakers. In this case, I altered it (hopefully accurately) to Blessed are the Warriors.
Chapter Sixteen: New York City Angels
Those who know the Thriving Ivory song Angels on the Moon will recognize this phrase.
Chapter Seventeen: Cain Rose Up
And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him. All of this stuff is from Genesis 4, the Cain and Abel story — it's thematically called up throughout the book since it's a story about family, murder, sin, forgiveness and blood.

LOL, liksom! Det är ganska så sjukt då det är det enda kapitlet i boken som har en låt-inspirerat namn!
